Common questions
Do I need an NDIS plan to get help?
Not for NDIS guidance. We can help you understand the scheme and work through an application. Psychosocial recovery coaching is usually funded through an NDIS plan, so talk to us about your situation and we'll explain your options.
Can I make an enquiry for someone else?
Yes. Family members, carers and workers can make an enquiry on someone's behalf, as long as that person agrees to it.
Can I get support in my own language?
Tell us your preferred language when you make an enquiry, and we'll talk with you about the best way to support you.
Start with a conversation
Tell us who the support is for and what you'd like to change. We'll get back to you to talk it through.
